Taking care of vulnerable residents on behalf of Viewpoint Housing Association
Saltire Facilities Management was awarded a gas servicing and maintenance contract by Viewpoint Housing Association in 2017, valued at approximately £3million.

The contract, which involves more than 1300 properties both commercial and domestic, includes gas servicing and repairs.

Saltire’s expert teams are carrying out gas servicing and maintenance on boilers at close to 400 domestic properties, as well as around 50 commercial properties such as sheltered housing, homes adapted for wheelchair access, care homes, and retirement housing. The contract was awarded in 2017, and has since been extended to September 2023. It is currently valued at around £3million.

A separate contract, which was awarded to Saltire and run concurrently, delivered bathroom replacement and accessible shower room works in sheltered housing and care homes. By adapting these properties owned by Viewpoint Housing Association, Saltire helps to make different types of accommodation suitable for a diverse range of residents.
