About the Role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to our operational teams, helping to coordinate workloads, communicate with customers, and ensure services run efficiently and compliantly.
Due to continued growth, Saltire Facilities Management is looking for an organised and approachable Administrator to join our Admin team at our Bellshill head office. You’ll support day-to-day operations, work closely with operational teams, and act as a key point of contact for customers and engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & coordination
- Plan efficient engineer routes using Saltire’s automated planning and scheduling system
- Liaise with Team Leaders and Engineering Managers to support manpower planning
- Monitor programme progress against client KPIs
- Customer & client support
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and clients
- Arrange and amend appointments as required
- Ensure appointment letters are issued within agreed timeframes
- Administration & compliance
- Prepare and send client reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Ensure compliance paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Support adherence to gas and electrical legislation requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
- Previous administrative experience, including record-keeping and scheduling
- Customer service experience handling phone and email enquiries
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in property services or facilities management is beneficial but not essential
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
- 37.5 hours per week
