You’ll be carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on gas appliances across social housing and private properties, ensuring homes remain safe, warm and compliant. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work independently while being supported by an experienced office team who have your back.

• Servicing and repairing gas appliances
• Diagnosing central heating faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
• Completing planned maintenance work to a high standard
• Building strong, professional relationships with tenants, clients and colleagues
• Completing all job paperwork accurately and on time
• Participating in standby cover (on average once per week)
• Following all Gas Safe regulations, company procedures and Health & Safety standards
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service at every visit

• Gas Safe Registered
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional, customer-focused approach 
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

• Salary from £31,203.66 plus standby payments
