Saltire Facilities Management and North Lanarkshire Council continue to strengthen their decades-long relationship with the award of a contract for installation and repair of commercial hot water boilers.

North Lanarkshire Council has been one of Saltire’s key clients since the company was formed over 20 years ago. The facilities management company is currently carrying out a range of contracts on behalf of the council, including delivering gas servicing, maintenance and ad-hoc boiler installations for North Lanarkshire Councils housing stock of circa 37,000 properties. Saltire also installs a range of domestic renewables for North Lanarkshire tenants, such as air source heat pumps, solar panels, and solar battery chargers.

This newly-awarded contract will see Saltire’s Gas & Central Heating Division install and repair commercial hot water boilers, in a variety of council properties including shops, schools, cemeteries, and more.

Saltire is already a strong and stable partner to many other public sector bodies and housing associations, and serves more than 100,000 homes across all regions of Scotland and into North West England. Delivering a range of services across four Divisions – Gas & Central Heating, Electrical Services, Renewables, and Call Centre Services – Saltire’s reputation for first-class delivery and 24/7 customer service makes it the partner of choice for social landlords across the country.

Speaking of the latest contract award Managing Director Alan Murray, commented “The relationship we have with North Lanarkshire Council is absolutely vital to our business, as well as being a testament to the capable and skilled team we have here at Saltire Facilities Management. This is a real division-wide effort between our Service and Repairs Team, and our Install Team.

Our broad facilities management capabilities make us the provider of choice for dozens of public sector organisations, and we’re continually adding to our team to make sure we can offer the full facilities management service.”
